Christopher Karl Mellon served as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Intelligence in the Clinton and George W. Bush administrations. He also served on the Senate Intelligence Committee staff. Since leaving government, Mellon has been one of the most influential advocates for UAP transparency, helping to leak the famous Nimitz "Tic Tac" video to the New York Times in 2017. He has testified before Congress and advised multiple members on UAP legislation.
